Son John two shares in Smiths, one wharf in possesion of son in law Anthony White; 1/2 share in use of tenant Thomas Griffin & 1/2 share in my own possession. Daughter Sarah Young her life time & her husband's life time, the North side 2 half shares & to extend no further into that share of said Anthony. The son in law John Young shall pay his brotyher in law John Jennings one pepper corn yearly if he demand it & shall make no wilful waste of timber or put awale any of the land. Genealogical Notes from Bermuda by Julia E Mercer (p185) I, Richard Jennings of Island of Bermuda, but now of Carolina, mariner; whereas Richard Jennings, my father, put in his will dated 13 Mar 1689/90 in writing did nominate and appoint Capt Anthony White and Mr. Joseph Stow as exors of his will until I and John Jennings, my brother, or either of us, should attain 21 years according to Office of Sec. of said island; whereas said White and Stow renounced exor.-ship and refused proving of said will, whreupon admin. was granted, with will annexed, to Mary Jennings, mother of said Richard Jennings, who has since married Robert Hall, late of said island, merchant, ........
