I've been interested in chasing up genealogy information for nearly 15 years now, ever since an incredibly boring job left me with a lot of time to do random google searches.
In that time I've found some interesting things, had some family stories confirmed, had some refuted, had my DNA tested in a variety of ways, chased trees for other people, found links betwen myself and those people and bored people at parties.
Mostly this site is used to provide info to other people easily, rather than mailbombing them with 1000 pdfs and such. But there are some tools, stories and mysteries that I also want to share.
